Zenteno Spirit Band features top notch Latin grooves. and stellar musicianship to generate excitement and action on the dance floor. Javier Zenteno continues the legacy as Houston’s first family of salsa started by their father and acclaimed trumpeter Roberto Zenteno. The band featured the sultry vocals of the dynamic Norma Zenteno until she passed away in 2013. While merengues, salsa, cumbias and cha chas are the foundation of the Zenteno Spirit Band, they also keep their audiences engaged with a wide variety of funk, rhythm & blues, jazz and rock and roll dance numbers.
The Zenteno Spirit Band is available to perform for galas, corporate events and conventions, weddings, holiday open houses, and any party that needs a great band in Houston or across the great state of Texas!
