I use this blog to share tips, successes, best practices, and observations from throughout my career as a booking agent, entertainer, host, and guest at an extremely wide range of celebrations.

As a musician, I’ve played gigs of all kinds, from elaborate birthday bashes in the Hamptons and destination weddings in foreign countries to pop up parties in warehouses and garages.

No matter the location or budget, the fundamentals of great entertaining remain constant.  When you have a room full of fun people with the right entertainers, you have the major elements in place for a magical party.

As a booking agent, my experience performing and my love of music guides my strategy for finding the perfect fit between party hosts and performers. I don’t tell you what you’ll love—I talk with you about your goals, the music you love, the parties you’ve enjoyed and the ones you’ve left early. Together, we come up with a vision that guides the search for the right band for the occasion.

My longstanding working relationships with the entertainers I represent are based on high expectations for musicianship and professionalism. I expect it of them, they expect it from me, and you get it from us.

All of the bands I represent understand the difference between their concert and your party.  They put all of their expertise, talents, and experience to work to make sure your event is a spectacular success.
